This picture was taken in front of The Fort Andres Bonifacio Gate 3 Philippine Army headquarters last July 16, 2007. They are not actually permitting anyone to take pictures especially in a military camp that is why to describe this picture using a military term- this is a "classified" picture! shhhh!!!!
